Coolroof provides a cooler and pleasant indoor environment which reduces the waste and the cost of electrical energy consumption normally required for cooling. It is an acrylic water based paint with good exterior durability for use on inclined roofs and on gutters and down-pipes made of materials such as concrete, cements plaster, fiber cement, unprimed galvanised iron and pre-coated sheets.
